Ziama Legal traces its origins to 1987 and to the chambers of the late Shri Ravindra Griyaghey before the Patna High Court. The principles on which he built his practice, careful preparation, fairness in dealing and a lasting commitment to those he represented, continue to guide the Firm today.
Under the leadership of Sonam Griyaghey, the practice has grown from its litigation roots to include advisory and transactional work. The Firm now advises businesses, institutions, founders and investors on corporate and commercial matters, financial services, transactions and regulatory questions, alongside the dispute-resolution work on which it was founded.
Our team brings together senior practitioners with long experience before the courts, led by partners who have worked not only with banks and financial institutions across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States, but also government institutions. Several colleagues have been part of the practice for more than three decades, and their knowledge of its work and its clients remains central to how we practise.
